Princess Tent Company sells children's play tents online across Australia. The range is two products
and no more than two: a Princess Castle Play House, a hexagonal pink castle tent 140 cm (55 inch)
wide and 135 cm (53 inch) high in premium polyester with curtained doors and mesh windows, sized
for two to three children; and Fairy Play Tents, a smaller pink play castle 121 cm wide and 132 cm
high in polyester taffeta with solid fabric panels and soft mesh windows, which includes fairy
star lights in the box. Both arrive with poles, connectors, a carry bag and a step-by-step
instruction manual, both go up in a few minutes without tools, and both fold back into their
carry bag.

The shop does not sell knight's fortresses, jungle hideouts, teepees, pirate forts, camping tents
or any themed tent beyond these two. Where a listing publishes a dimension or a material, the
product page quotes it exactly; where it publishes nothing, the page says so rather than
estimating a figure.

Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Delivery is free across Australia on orders of
$60 or more, and both products are above
that, so a single tent ships free; below it the charge is
$22. Express delivery is
$22 and can be chosen even when standard
delivery is already free. Delivery takes 5 to 7 days after a 24 to 48 hour handling time, and 7 to 10 days for other
countries. A tracking number is emailed when the parcel ships.

Change-of-mind returns are accepted for 15 days from purchase
under the shop's own published policy: original packaging, proof of purchase, and the buyer pays
return postage, with a $29 per order packing and handling amount not
refunded. A cancellation before dispatch carries a 12.5% service
and processing fee and must be notified within 12 hours.
The consumer guarantees of the Australian Consumer Law apply to everything sold and are
unaffected by that policy.

It is an online only shop with no showroom, no installation service and no physical premises.
