Track your parcel

You get an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. That happens after a 24 to 48 hour handling time while the order is picked and packed, so if you have just ordered, the number is not there yet.

Delivery times

Australia: 5 to 7 days after handling.
Other countries: 7 to 10 days after handling.

Two parcels for one order

If you ordered both tents, they may travel separately and arrive on different days. Each one gets its own tracking number.

If the tracking has not moved

Give it a couple of working days first. Carriers often scan a parcel only at the depot rather than at every step. If it still has not moved, email theteam@princesstent.com.au with your order number and the email address you used at checkout, and we will chase it.

If it has not arrived

Email us. If an order does not arrive you are entitled to a refund, and that is on top of your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. See refunds and returns.
