Why buy from us

Clear product information. Every measurement on this site is the manufacturer's own figure in centimetres. Where a listing does not state something, we say that rather than filling the gap.

A straightforward checkout. Card or PayPal, prices in Australian dollars including GST, and the delivery cost shown before you pay.

Support you can reach. Email theteam@princesstent.com.au. Most emails are answered within one business day.

Our tents

The Fairy Play Tent is 121cm wide and 132cm high, made from polyester taffeta with solid fabric panels and soft mesh windows, and it comes with fairy star lights in the box. The Princess Castle Play House is 140cm across, hexagonal, and has the room for two or three children.

Choosing a play tent

Size and space. Measure the corner it is going into before you buy. Both tents are over a metre wide and over a metre and a quarter tall.

Material. Both are polyester, which wipes clean. Neither is machine washable.

Setup and storage. Both use poles and connectors and both fold into a carry bag.

Indoor or outdoor. Both work either way. Bring them in if the weather turns and let the fabric dry before it goes back in the bag.

Buyer protection

If an order does not arrive, you get a refund. If a product does not match its description, you are entitled to a refund or a replacement, and nothing in our policy takes away your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. The full terms are on our refunds and returns page.

Delivery

Free across Australia on orders over $60, otherwise $22. Express is $22. Delivery takes 5 to 7 days after a 24 to 48 hour handling time, and 7 to 10 days for other countries.
